RabaTEENS is a nurturing space for deep and meaningful Islamic spiritual mentorship with compassionate and caring mentors. We design fun, creative, and positive educational experiences to help teens grow confidently and comfortably into their faith.

Class Description

Join us for a warm, uplifting five-week journey through the beautiful Attributes of Allah ﷻ, designed especially for teen Muslim girls. In this interactive online class, students will explore selected names of Allah ﷻ through stories, reflection, journaling, group activities, and creative discussions, all based on Dr. Jinan Yusuf’s inspiring work.

Each session helps girls understand who Allah is in a personal, meaningful way while building confidence, spiritual grounding, and emotional resilience. With a fun, supportive sisterhood environment and activities designed for teen voices, this course offers a safe space to grow in faith, deepen connection, and discover how Allah’s names can guide their everyday lives.

Class Outline

Week 1:  Trusting His Timing

Al-ʿAzīz, Al-Hakīm, Al-Muqaddim, Al-Muʾakhkhir - These names all relate to Allah’s ﷻ strength, wisdom, and His perfect placement of everything in life. This session helps students explore the idea that nothing is random, and that every moment, delay, and opportunity arrives exactly when it should.

Week 2:  Always Welcomed Back

Al-Ṭawwāb, Al-ʿAfūw, Al-Ghafūr - These attributes show Allah’s ﷻ open-door mercy, how He invites us to return, forgives completely, and wipes away mistakes. This week centers on emotional safety, self-forgiveness, and spiritual resilience.

Week 3:  Living in Divine Generosity

Al-Karīm, Al-Raʾūf, Al-Wahhāb - These names highlight Allah’s ﷻ abundant, gentle giving and His compassion toward us. Teens will learn to see the gifts that are already in their lives, whether big, small, or hidden, and build a relationship with gratitude that feels authentic.

Week 4:  Held in His Light and Protection

Al-Waliyy, Al-Mu’min, Al-Nūr, Al-Muḥīṭ - These names emphasize Allah’s guardianship, peace-giving, surrounding presence, and light. The session will help teens understand that Allah supports them emotionally, spiritually, and physically, even when life feels confusing.

Week 5:  Closure & Reflection: Loved, Guided, and Embraced

Al-Raḥmān, Al-Raḥīm, Al-Ḥamīd, Al-Wadūd - These attributes reflect the fullness of Allah’s ﷻ mercy, love, and praiseworthiness. The final week reinforces the identity of being deeply loved by Allah ﷻ and encourages students to see their relationship with Him as a lived, daily experience.
