Class Description

Detox is probably the number one most used word in this growing world of wellness! Most detox methods, however, revolve around restricting calories, drinking special juices, and fasting. These short “detox cleanses” rarely have good effects and can leave you less than when you began. Join us in this 5-week workshop and learn more about the proper way of body and mind detox and how to build a balanced and healthy relationship with food.
