RabaTEENS is a nurturing space for deep and meaningful Islamic spiritual mentorship with compassionate and caring mentors. We design fun, creative, and positive educational experiences to help teens grow confidently and comfortably into their faith.

Class Description

Discover the early life of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ  in a warm, engaging, and heart-centered way designed for teenage girls. Over five weeks, this course brings to life the most beautiful moments of the Prophet’s ﷺ  childhood and youth—his kindness, strength, honesty, and quiet connection to Allah ﷻ —through storytelling, reflection, and meaningful activities.

Each class gently guides students to see how his example speaks to their own lives today, helping them build confidence, compassion, and a deep, personal love for him ﷺ. This is more than a history class—it is a journey of the heart that strengthens faith and identity in a relatable and inspiring way.

Class Outline

Week 1:  Born in Light (Love & Loss)

This week, we will learn about the miraculous birth of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ  and the early years of his life. Students will explore the profound love that surrounded him, as well as the losses he experienced with the passing of his parents, shaping his early upbringing.

Week 2:  The Trustworthy One

This session will take us into the Prophet’s ﷺ  youth in Mecca, where his honesty, kindness, and noble character earned him the title of al-Amin—the Trustworthy. We will reflect on how his integrity became the foundation of his reputation in the community.

Week 3:  Seen by Allah ﷻ

This week, we will explore the Prophet’s ﷺ  experiences of orphanhood and moments of feeling unseen. Students will learn how Allah’s ﷻ  guidance and protection were with him ﷺ  every step of the way, offering a powerful reminder that no one is ever truly alone.

Week 4:  With Her By His Side

This lesson will focus on the Prophet’s ﷺ  work and honesty in trade, as well as his marriage to Sayyidah Khadijah (RA). We will see how their partnership was built on mutual respect, love, and support, becoming a source of strength for his mission.

Week 5:  Preparing the Heart for Revelation

In our final week, we will visit the Cave of Hira to learn about the Prophet’s ﷺ  love for solitude, reflection, and spiritual retreat. Students will see how these moments prepared his heart for the divine message that would change the world.
