RabaTEENS is a nurturing space for deep and meaningful Islamic spiritual mentorship with compassionate and caring mentors. We design fun, creative, and positive educational experiences to help teens grow confidently and comfortably into their faith.

Class Description

This mental health class is all about helping Muslim teen girls understand and take care of their mental health from an Islamic perspective. It combines spiritual, emotional, and practical tips to help students manage their feelings, build strength, and boost self-awareness and self-esteem. Students will learn how to deal with the challenges that come with being a teenager, like stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm, while also strengthening their connection to their faith and overall well-being.

Through discussions and activities, students will explore ways to cope with tough situations using both psychological strategies and Islamic teachings, such as mindfulness, self-reflection, and trusting in Allah. The class is designed to help students build emotional resilience, feel more confident, and create a strong sense of community. By the end of the class, students will have the tools and knowledge to handle life’s ups and downs, improve relationships, and maintain good mental health in the long run.
