RabaTEENS is a nurturing space for deep and meaningful Islamic spiritual mentorship with compassionate and caring mentors. We design fun, creative, and positive educational experiences to help teens grow confidently and comfortably into their faith.

Class Description

Comforting. Delicious. Nutritious.

Ramadan and soup go together like winter and hot cocoa.

Join us each Saturday to prepare a new, family-sized soup while reflecting on meaningful Ramadan values. Cook in real time alongside Anse Deeqa as she guides you on a nourishing culinary journey, one soup at a time. Each recipe is designed to become a lifelong family staple, warming both your home and your soul throughout this special month.

Simple shopping lists will be shared in advance for each session. As a fun bonus, a focaccia-baking activity is included for those who would like to enjoy freshly baked bread with their soup.
